Key Accountabilities:
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to process assigned cases.
- Maintain high quality standards in service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SOP and the relevant policies.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Basic English reading/writing skills for business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with teammates/SME/leader.
- Good sense of risk awareness and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Cantonese speaking.
- Prior experience in insurance operation or policy administration.
