Data Analyst – Quality Team

Join a team where your insights drive real impact. As a Data Analyst on the Quality team, you’ll transform complex manufacturing and performance data into clear, actionable insights that empower leaders across Canada and the U.S. to make smarter, faster decisions.

You’ll build automated workflows, maintain enterprise-level data environments, and create dashboards that bring performance metrics to life—from the plant floor to the executive suite. Your work will directly support continuous improvement, boost efficiency, and enhance product quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and automate data collection, validation, and reporting processes.

  • Build dashboards and KPI frameworks to track quality and production performance.

  • Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Support process improvement initiatives through clear, data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP, MES, or QMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Plex).

  • Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.) and process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
