Bengaluru, IndiaPosted 3 years ago Data Analyst Vimaan is seeking a talented business intelligence and data analyst to define, implement, and continuously improve processes and tools and be the operations partner with AI/ML development teams and field applications teams. Data Analyst Responsibilities Work with Computer Vision, Software Development, Applications Engineering and Field Ops to continuously improve data gathering, processing and analysis systems.Assist in the design, implementation, and validation of KPIs / OKRs to track health of multi-tenant customer operations using dashboards and visualization tools.Continuous monitoring and improvement of the daily production data pipelineAssist department leads as required on projects involving application of automation technologies to department processes.Partner with operations, field engineering and analysts to model capacity, throughput, line balancing at various customer sitesEstablish a rhythm of the data pipeline, measure, monitor and improve the consistency, quality, and accuracy using analytical toolsAssist teams with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action planning and implementation, data-based decision making to address development challenges in the product and systemic variability encountered in operations. Data Analyst Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (e.g., Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics)2-4 years related experience such as data extraction and analytics, data quality, and database relational structures.Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong Hands-on experience on report automation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or any other data visualization tool.Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot table design and macros1 – 2 years of experience leading or partnering with a team to provide 24×7 online support to clients.Good to have programming knowledge on Python and Python based libraries for Data Analysis.Self-starter, hands-on and possess a can-do attitudeEnthusiasm to dive in and provide creative solutions to complex problems.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills This role is in Bangalore, India and will require collaboration with teams across the USA.
