About the role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to customers after their finance product has been established. Handles day-to-day account maintenance, operational requests, and enquiries in line with policies and procedures

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with post-settlement enquiries and requests.

  • Process customer requests in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems.

  • Promote a positive brand experience in every customer interaction.

  • Answer inbound customer calls as part of a rotating roster within the team

Support customers and brokers with operational tasks, including:

  • Account payments.

  • Statement requests

  • Account maintenance

Experience & Skills required:

  • Experience in a customer service, call centre, or administration role within financial services, banking, or lending.

  • Familiarity with loan products, account maintenance processes, and operational task management.

  • Experience using CRM systems and financial services platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in financial services – preferred but not essential
