CHT
The Customer Happiness Team is a team of about 20 students and customer experience specialists, located in Nijmegen. We work for brands like MR MARVIS, Matt Sleeps and POGS headphones, by taking good care of their customers’ questions and requests. Either from home or at the office right in front of Nijmegen Central Station. We man all channels, such as email, phone, chat and social media. Whatever the client wants.
As we like being a team, we like doing team building. Weekly drinks at the office, awesome team parties at TKB, intense table tennis sessions or just spontaneously hanging out. Whatever suits you.

The position
At the moment, we have several opportunities available. If you’re interested, just get in touch and we’ll find one or more suitable clients for you.
You’ll get a laptop and headset from us, and at the office we have desks with 27″ displays. Prefer working from home? Not a problem.

Salary: €13 p/h + 8% holiday pay.
