About the job
Elevate is recruiting a Contract Specialist to be a member of Elevate's Managed Contracts Services Team, working closely with in-house law departments and their internal business clients. The Contract Specialist will be key to delivering high quality contract review and negotiation services in a responsive and timely manner.
Professional proficiency in German or French is required.
Specifically, you will
* Intake, triage, assign, prepare or review, collect signatures and data, and store corporate contracts.
* Review, negotiation and management of vendor and merchant contracts on a global basis.
* Work closely with the customer's legal team, procurement, and business units to complete requests independently.
* In-scope contracts for vendor support would include low to medium complexity master services agreements, consulting arrangements, professional services agreements, software licenses, hardware purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, Data Privacy agreements, statements of work and other routine procurement agreements.
* In-scope contracts for merchant support would include low to medium complexity pricing amendments, merchant accession agreements, guarantees and NDAs.
Experience
* 3 or more years of relevant experience in transactional contracts support, including reviewing, interpreting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to procurement, sales, IT, Data Privacy and real estate agreements.
* Proven track record of responsiveness and dependability in a deadline driven environment.

Compensation
* US national salary range: $75,000-95,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
