Looking for a Project Manager to oversee Lighting renovations to several Boeing
Facilities at the Renton Campus. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to oversee the
Construction process throughout the entire project life cycle from mobilization to closeout. Project Managers
will be responsible for managing the following; Safety protocols and ensuring Subcontractors are in
compliance, Construction documentation through Procore (RFI’s, Submittals, CO’s, etc.), Construction Schedule
and Subcontractor daily activities, Onsite coordination & deliveries, Inspections, Stakeholder meetings,
Construction Closeout documents and all activities identified below. The construction duration is approximately
10 months and the PM/CM will manage the project onsite in Renton, WA.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience. Prefer PMP/CPM
or equivalent certifications demonstrating Project/Construction Management expertise and skill
level.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project or Construction Management. Provide (3) references from previous employers or qualified representatives within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects, implementing cost control measures and identifying change order opportunities, meeting critical path schedules and substantial completion milestones for multi-million-dollar MEP renovations.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of OSHA construction safety protocols and regulations. Require OSHA 30 certification at minimum (or commitment to recertification if expired). Prefer OSHA 500 certification. Manage Safety Plan and execution. Work with all trades to ensure Safety requirements are fulfilled and proper paperwork documentation on a daily/weekly basis.
Preferred experience in managing Industrial construction projects valued at $5M plus: includes experience in managing lighting retrofits & upgrades, extensive detail to developing site specific safety procedures for occupied manufacturing facilities, detailed oriented on tracking scope progress and deficiency lists, excellent communication and organization skills required to meet extensive contract requirements.
Manage site specific safety protocols for company Subcontractors, RFI’s, Submittals, MDS documentation, Daily reports, CO & CO Logs, AHJ/Special Inspections and contractual compliance documentation in Procore.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, cutsheets and other construction documents
Manage Subcontractors and the ability to understand QA/QC requirements and deliverables for each trade.
Manage site and general condition requirements. Including scheduling equipment rentals and site services as needed throughout construction.
Provide and distribute Daily reports, includes monitoring subcontractor progress, identifying installation deficiencies
Manage Critical Path Schedules monthly in Microsoft Project. Update 3-week look-a-head schedules on a weekly basis.
Call in Permit and 3rd Party inspections as necessary.
Manage Stake Holder meetings and generate weekly meeting minutes
Leadership Skills:

Oversee and manage weekly Construction meetings to update Stakeholders on construction progress and address unforeseen conditions.
