Job Description:A leading project is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee lighting and mechanical renovations at Boeing’s Frederickson Campus. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Puyallup, WA, with responsibility for the entire construction lifecycle — from mobilization through closeout. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale industrial renovation projects and ensuring strict adherence to safety, scheduling, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead all phases of construction: mobilization, execution, and closeoutEnforce OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety plansManage subcontractors, site coordination, deliveries, inspections, and equipment rentalsMaintain all project documentation via Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, MDS docs, logs)Develop and update critical path schedules in Microsoft ProjectCoordinate permit and 3rd-party inspection requests; ensure regulatory complianceConduct weekly stakeholder meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and daily reportsIdentify and resolve job site issues proactively and professionallyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in construction or project management, ideally overseeing $5M+ industrial projectsHands-on experience with lighting retrofits and mechanical upgrades in occupied facilitiesProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction document interpretationKnowledge of OSHA construction safety standards (OSHA 30 required, OSHA 500 preferred)Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, CPM, or similar construction/project management certificationExperience managing:Site-specific safety plans and inspectionsQA/QC deliverables across multiple tradesProject scopes, punch lists, and deficiency trackingCoordination with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlinesAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work onsite in Puyallup, WAFlexible schedule; must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, with extended hours as neededAbility to travel as required
