Your primary focus will be on minimizing overdue accounts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their situations and negotiate payment plans that align with their financial realities.Key Responsibilities:- Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate collections.- Evaluate clients’ financial situations and propose feasible payment plans.- Maintain accurate records of payment status, agreements, and conversations with clients.- Collaborate with the finance team to report on collection progress and outstanding debts.- Develop strategies to improve collection processes and reduce overdue accounts.- Participate in team meetings to review collection targets and performance metrics.- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies during the collection process.Skills Required:- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Empathy and customer service orientation.- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Years of Exp: 1 to 6 yearsSalary: 100000 to 350000 PA
