One of the biggest private banking is looking for a Client Support Manager.
Reporting to Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for build client relationships and provide dedicated client servicing within the specific, identify clients trading and credit needs and ensure all client requests are dealt with timely & consistently for client retention.
This job posting is for a permanent position.
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Providing and advancing excellent service to clients to achieve client retention
- Partner with Client & Business Support in Head Office ensuring timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements
- Understand client requirements and assist in maintenance of account relationships in terms of trading and credit
- As client key interface over initiation of clients’ instructions, preparing clients’ instructions, forms, preparing loan disbursement instruction.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and client outstanding settlements
- Provide dedicated client servicing to top tier clients including client enquiries
- Support Business and Compliance for satisfactory Regulatory and Group audit ratings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Private Banking investment products such as Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, FX Structured Notes and Derivatives
- Expert user of Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel
- Strong client service focus
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
