We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on a variety of land development and civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and a collaborative spirit, working with multi-disciplinary teams to bring complex projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and layout of land development and subdivision projects.
• Prepare or oversee due diligence reports and engineering studies, such as stormwater management reports and grading analyses.
• Design and draft comprehensive engineering plans for subdivision, grading, utilities, and roadways, ensuring they meet government agency requirements for permitting and approval.
• Coordinate project activities with in-house teams, clients, and external consultants including architects and other engineers.
• Provide construction administration and site observation services to ensure project designs are implemented correctly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, though an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification will be considered with lesser salary.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering design principles, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, or roadway design.
• Proficiency in computer modeling software; experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with the requirements and permitting processes of local regulatory agencies.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in subdivision design and grading is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
