What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic priorities: Collaborate with CEO and leadership to identify and deliver high-impact projects
  • Accelerate impact: Optimize decision-making, coordinate launches, and drive accountability
  • Influence cross-functionally: Remove blockers and accelerate progress across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • Drive growth: Hands on experiments to optimize growth channels and ensure customer success
  • Solve undefined problems: Identify and tackle undefined, mission-critical work—from new hiring needs, new operational processes, or product requirements.

What We Expect from You

  • High-agency: Self-starter who identifies gaps and fills them without permission
  • Proven owner: PM, founder, or early operator with end-to-end ownership experience
  • Influential collaborator: Drives outcomes through relationships and persuasion rather than organizational structure
  • Strategic & hands-on: Comfortable with both visionary planning and granular implementation with equal enthusiasm
  • Thrives in ambiguity: Adaptable, resourceful, and action-biased in uncertain environments

Location

Remote-first with a growing hub in Brooklyn / NYC (preferred); meaningful overlap with Eastern Time is required.
