We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving growth through effective fiscal planning and analysis. Duties

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, investments, and debt financing.
  • Direct corporate accounting functions including payroll management, expense management, and cost control.
  • Supervise financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy in profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Participate in mergers & acquisitions by conducting market analysis and financial due diligence.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives to drive business development.

Experience

  • QuickBooks Online a must
  • Proven expertise in revenue management, fiscal management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts including financial modeling, risk management, cost accounting, and technical accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial software systems that enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong negotiation abilities for effective business analysis.
