The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, governance, and operations as we prepare for institutional investment, equity sell-downs, and long-term capital partnerships.

Key Priorities
- Governance & Compliance - Build institutional-grade reporting, policies, and frameworks for ASIC, AFSL, and corporate compliance.
- Capital Strategy – Lead debt, mezzanine, and equity strategies, ensuring institutional due diligence readiness.
- Fund Operations – Oversee NAV, unit registry, carried interest, and fund accounting integration.
- Investor Confidence – Deliver best-in-class investor reporting, performance analytics, and transparent data room management.
- Technology & AI - Drive AI and ERP systems adoption to automate finance, investor communications, and project controls.
- Leadership – Mentor and scale the finance team across controllers, fund operations, and FP&A.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with 15+ years of finance leadership.
- Proven background in property development finance and/or funds management.
- Direct experience engaging with institutional investors, family offices, or private equity.
- Skilled in capital raising, governance, and structuring wholesale/credit/equity funds.
- Track record of introducing technology and AI to streamline financial operations.
- A change leader who blends entrepreneurial execution with institutional credibility.
