The Finders is seeking a dynamic, innovative CFO for their client located in Greenville, Delaware. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, financial strategies and planning while managing an experienced accounting department. They will collaborate with all disciplines of the organization including development, legal, finance, operations, and leasing to facilitate ongoing business activities. The candidate should have significant experience with financial reporting, complex work in progress analysis, technology oversight, insurance, banking and lender relations, deal flow, budgeting and forecasting, benchmarking, acquisitions, and general growth strategies. The overall objective for the CFO and the team is to enhance operational efficiencies to align with the organization’s growth strategies and drive returns.
Candidate will possess some public accounting and at least 10 years of experience as a financial professional with a track record of success and stability in manufacturing, or the construction and real estate development industry. Education should include a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred and CPA credential, is required
