Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operational performance of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial planning, process automation, and business intelligence across the company, while ensuring compliance, control, and long-term sustainability. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, especially in building real-time MIS, P&L ownership at the branch level, and cost optimization frameworks.
The CFO will also provide oversight of the HR function, ensuring effective KRA-KPI management, payroll integrity, and alignment of workforce planning with business goals.
Role Description
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategy in alignment with company goals
- Drive automation of financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and real-time reporting
- Establish and monitor company-wide MIS and KPI systems, linking financial insights with individual and departmental performance
- Ensure accuracy in financial records, reporting, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage P&L ownership at the regional/branch level and ensure cost-center accountability
- Partner with the executive team on strategic planning, risk management, and business expansion initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms across finance and HR functions
- Oversee legal, investment, insurance, and commercial financial matters
- Provide leadership to the HR department including payroll, recruitment coordination, and workforce performance tracking
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of ownership, accuracy, and business partnership
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CA, etc.)
- Strong Financial Planning, Compliance and Reporting skills
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to lead through data
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
