Location Address: Hybrid – Toronto – 2 days/week (Tuesdays/Thursdays and on ad hoc basis as required)

Typical Day in Role:
• Consolidate, streamline and standardize enterprise business processes.
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to obtain feedback of defined processes and continually improve.
• Functional support of all ESS (Enterprise Security Services) teams on day-to-day business operations.
• Publish defined processes in JIRA / Confluence for enterprise-wide reference and use.
• Support establishing of centralized team in charge of wider team communications and presentation material using standardized templates and format.
• Documentation-heavy role
• Will be consolidating all documentation into a one stop shop and defining processes
• Developing swim lanes, process flows in the tools Jira and Confluence
• Working with vendor engagement, PPI, third party vendors e.g. working with SOWs
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /BSA
2) 5+ years of experience with JIRA
3) 5+ years of experience with Confluence
4) 3+ years’ working experience with third party contracts’ management
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience in FI/banking
2) 3+ years’ experience in business operations in the Application and Cloud Security space
Soft Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills

Education:
Bachelors in technical field preferred
CBAP certification nice to have
