We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Project Manager to join our growing Business Operations team. In this role, you will support & manage strategic projects, navigate optimization of processes, and manage cross-functional initiatives to support the growth and operational excellence of our fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate brings expertise in retail operations - particularly in inventory planning, logistics or supply chain, a delivery-focused mindset, and experience managing and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Track and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery excellence
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, balancing technical and business perspectives
- Partner with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate large-scale systems and tools.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to support the organization’s rapid growth.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
- Leverage deep knowledge of retail operations & systems, particularly in logistics and supply chain, to enhance decision-making and operational strategies
- Collaborate cross-functional product teams and operations teams to align systems and processes with business goals
- Act as a thought partner with operations, logistics and tech teams
- Previous experience in retail operations, particularly supply chain projects
- Demonstrated success leading and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations, such as ERP, PLM, or inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications a plus
