How you'll contribute
Work closely with the CEO on all aspects of the business
Board and fundraising decks
OKRs definition and quarterly post-mortems
Business intelligence/Dashboarding
New business development and opportunity modeling
Itinerant project and program management
Hiring for key roles
Set goals for a special projects squad and develop plans to achieve those goals as quickly as possible
Research opportunities to expand into new products that help accelerate our mission
What you need to succeed
2 years of experience in project management, consulting or banking
Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making
Data mindset
Hard-working and high-intensity

This role is based out of Eight Sleep’s New York office
You have flexibility with occasional travel to and from Miami, FL and San Francisco, CA
