About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly organized Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role will help to drive operational efficiency, cross-team coordination, and organizational alignment.

As a BizOps Associate, you’ll work across departments to streamline workflows, support decision-making, and help the business scale effectively. You’ll assist with meeting management, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and special projects that touch nearly every part of the organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about understanding how a business operates from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Project Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Track key operational metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and support executive updates.

  • Identify process gaps and support implementation of solutions to improve efficiency.

Meeting Management & Follow-up

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings involving leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Manage logistics including agenda creation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.

  • Support quarterly business reviews, OKR check-ins, and team offsites (virtual or in-person).

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.

  • Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding.

  • Support in managing vendor communications, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Communication & Alignment

  • Prepare internal updates, summaries, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed.

  • Facilitate smooth communication across departments to minimize silos and friction.

  • Maintain central documentation and resources for easy access across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, banking associate, consulting, or similar roles

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management software

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
