About the Role
We are looking for a driven and highly organized Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role will help to drive operational efficiency, cross-team coordination, and organizational alignment.
As a BizOps Associate, you’ll work across departments to streamline workflows, support decision-making, and help the business scale effectively. You’ll assist with meeting management, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and special projects that touch nearly every part of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Project Support
Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
Track key operational metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and support executive updates.
Identify process gaps and support implementation of solutions to improve efficiency.
Meeting Management & Follow-up
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings involving leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage logistics including agenda creation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
Support quarterly business reviews, OKR check-ins, and team offsites (virtual or in-person).
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Support in managing vendor communications, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Communication & Alignment
Prepare internal updates, summaries, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed.
Facilitate smooth communication across departments to minimize silos and friction.
Maintain central documentation and resources for easy access across the organization.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in business operations, banking associate, consulting, or similar roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management software
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
