The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. This individual will be the team’s subject matter expert in reporting and a critical partner in supporting the evolution of our Planning systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive system adoption and efficiency.
What you'll get to do:
- Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions.
- Serve as the primary MicroStrategy reporting expert for the Merchandise Planning team by building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and ad hoc reports to support daily business needs.
- Document end-to-end planning processes to ensure consistent and scalable usage across teams and various systems.
- Influence business partner decisions by providing thoughtful insights driven by data and analytics.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Tack and monitor market trends that are relevant for the fitness & apparel industry.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations support role, ideally within a planning or merchandising environment
- Advanced proficiency in excel and MicroStrategy (or similar BI/reporting tool)
- Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms strongly preferred
- Comfortable gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and managing testing efforts
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for clean, accurate data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business language
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
