• Collaborate with Initial Validation Audit (IVA), Risk Adjustment, and HEDIS stakeholders to develop dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including growth, marketing, business development, finance, and operations.
• Manage analytics projects from discovery to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and actionable insights.
• Work closely with data architects, developers, and analysts to develop analytics products using Looker as the primary BI tool and SQL/Excel for data manipulation.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in BI development with strong SQL skills (minimum 4 years) for query optimization on large data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
- Experience in data parsing, manipulation, and validation.
- Strong statistical analysis skills for working with large data sets.
- Experience with ETL processing and knowledge of Data Warehouse solutions, strategies, and implementations.
- Ability to track and manage BI development tasks in Jira.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, visualization).
- Ability to build trust and communicate insights effectively across technical and business teams.
