This role partners with cross-functional business leaders and IT teams to define, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical BI expertise with a passion for data visualization, system optimization, and user enablement.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support enterprise BI applications and data architecture.
Collaborate with senior management to prioritize data and analytics requirements.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across BI platforms.
Optimize BI tool performance by defining data filters, indexes, and structures that enhance usability.
Create and execute testing methodologies to validate data integrity and system performance.
Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to improve BI adoption and decision-making.
Establish standards, policies, and procedures governing BI tool usage, structure, and data quality.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure consistency and reliability.
Research emerging BI technologies and build business cases for enterprise adoption.

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of experience in business intelligence development or data analytics.
