Sales representatives benefit from highly competitive compensation and a rapid promotion track for consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Research target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve engagement success.
  • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team by initiating meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives by understanding and aligning with prospect needs.
  • Follow up with inbound leads promptly and maintain consistent communication to nurture interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance to improve conversion rates and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s value.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback from prospects to help refine sales and marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, especially over phone, email, and video calls.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a sales organization.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, sales, or prospecting role is a plus, but not always required for entry-level positions.
