| We are currently looking for a new BDR to join our well established and successful Business Development team. Reporting to the BDR Team Leader, your job will be expected to outbound prospect to global HR, Payroll and Finance departments, using multiple channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well qualified meetings for our AE’s within the Sales Team, who you will be partnered with upon joining. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our future growth plan and long-term success. | Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with your assigned AE’s, to establish a strategy of success for their account list. - Identifying potential prospects and generating new business opportunities for CloudPay. - To set up initial appointments for the AE’s and follow up on leads. - Track progress towards meeting your goals. - Use our CRM and outreach platform to manage leads and sales activities effectively. - Work closely with the marketing team to convert intent data. - Provide weekly updates to you BDR Team Leader about your progress and results. | |
