- Conduct data mining from platforms like LinkedIn, Seamless, and Zoominfo for strategic business development.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relation management.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to request and prepare quotes for clients, including drafting supporting emails with datasheets.
- Follow up on renewals, track payment orders, and initiate sales orders for timely processing.
- Confirm licenses with vendors once orders are placed and manage deal registrations for new opportunities.
- Track in-transit orders, coordinate with the Operations Team to provide customers with timely tracking information.
- Manage the trace-back process for returned orders, providing consistent client support.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to create and send invoices to customers.
- Explore and sign up for new partnerships with OEM's to expand product offerings.
- Attend weekly meetings and contribute to the preparation of both weekly and annual reports.
- Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time to meet business development objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a team effectively.
