Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies, focusing on cost optimization, process improvement, and market expansion, particularly in Hong Kong and China
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to further penetrate the Hong Kong and China markets
- Analyze current workflows and processes across various functions, including logistics, e-commerce operations, R&D, sales, and marketing, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implement best practices, and drive business growth
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and management team
- Assist in managing relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Support the CEO in strategic decision-making, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Drive special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related role, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing operations in fast-paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels
