We are now accepting applications for a Business Change Manager to play a key role in QinetiQ’s Oracle Cloud ERP project. Ideally, this position will be based in Canberra but other capital cities will be considered for the right candidate. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, Australia Sector, the Business Change Manager will ensure all aspects of business change are effectively managed and executed to ensure successful implementation of QinetiQ’s Oracle Cloud ERP platform. You will be process minded, possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and will have extensive experience managing change on large enterprise projects. As the Business Change Manager you will have the following key responsibilities: As a suitably experienced and well-rounded change management professional, the Business Change Manager will need to bring with them: Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain a Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance.
