About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across a major transformation programme. You’ll shape and deliver effective change management strategies, ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes and benefits while supporting colleagues through change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver change management across transformation and improvement projects.
- Develop and embed consistent change management approaches and tools.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and assurance to teams across the business.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and successful outcomes.
- Use data and insights to monitor, measure, and continuously improve change delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading business change in large or complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of project delivery, benefits realisation, and risk management.
