About you
Join our AI-first healthcare product team as a Business Analyst working across the UK healthcare sector, where you'll develop career-defining skills that position you at the heart of today's AI revolution. You'll be the curious voice of the customer, proactively uncovering pain points and translating complex healthcare challenges into clear requirements using cutting-edge AI tools including Claude.
This role is perfect for a naturally inquisitive professional who thrives on asking penetrating questions and embracing innovative approaches that define modern software development. You'll master Executable Behavioural Specifications - the same methodologies powering industry leaders like OpenAI - whilst working within our highly optimised, AI-centred development lifecycle.
Beyond the immediate impact on healthcare solutions, you'll gain expertise that's increasingly vital across the tech industry. Day-to-day, you will:
Proactively engage UK healthcare customers through structured discovery, asking insightful questions to uncover root causes and hidden needs
Build deep expertise in healthcare workflows, regulations, and clinical processes
Utilise Aha and Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirement management and documentation
Leverage Claude and other AI tools to capture, summarise, and analyse customer sessions
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Exceptional communication skills - ability to build rapport and facilitate meaningful stakeholder conversations
Proactive mindset - anticipating issues and identifies opportunities before they arise
AI embracement - enthusiastic about using Claude and AI tools to enhance productivity
Experience with SCRUM/Agile frameworks
