Job Description
We're looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Generative AI, automation, and process improvement to join our Operational Excellence team supporting Compliance. You will focus on applying AI technologies like GPTs and bots to improve workflows and enhance productivity.
- Lead process discovery and identify automation opportunities across compliance teams.
- Design and implement AI-driven improvements, including GenAI use cases for risk assessments, control testing, and policy development.
- Collaborate with teams to translate our needs into technical requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Develop agentic automation solutions using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI to reduce manual effort.
- Create documentation and technical specs, including data flow diagrams and source-to-target mappings.
- Champion improvement by integrating AI bots and GPTs into existing workflows and staying current with new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in GenAI use case development and automation.
- Proficiency in process and data mapping and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with GenAI Tools (e.g. MS Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Track record in working with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience and certification with RSA Archer and operational risk frameworks.
