Business Analyst – Exeter – 3 Month Contract – Rate Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Our client is a large public sector organiasation who requires an expereinced Business Analyst to analyse and solve business problems across a variety of diverse areas within the directorate, from Care Management to Finance and Learning Disabilities.
The role aims to convert business requirements into solutions that are managed and delivered in line with customer expectations and deliver benefit to the business. You will lead on medium sized projects and manage and contribute to significant work packages for larger projects.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for undertaking business and system analysis activities, where the outputs are fed directly into current projects;
*
Responsible for the project management and delivery of IT projects, under guidance from the Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior Management;
*
Responsible for the delivery of significant work packages within projects
*
Accountable for budget monitoring and management, including the resolution of financial issues;
*
Represent the Business Analysis Unit and IM&T Team on Significant projects;
*
Provide IT guidance and advice to Senior Management;
*
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT project documentation, in liaison with Partner Agencies, ICT Suppliers, Senior Management, other key staff and relevant stakeholders;
*
Contribute to the analysis of new national policy initiatives, to determine the IT implications for the Directorate and assist in the development of appropriate responses, as required;
*
Contribute to determining the IT implications of local plans and policies, and ensure the consistency and coherence of strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
