Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless alignment between business and technical teams. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough requirements analysis, designing and implementing effective solutions, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs, gathering user requirements, analyzing data.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, documenting processes.
• System Analysis and Design: Evaluating existing systems, identifying system requirements, collaborating with IT teams, testing and quality assurance.
• User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Understanding user needs, collaborating with UX/UI designers, testing user experience.
• Project Management: Planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, coordinating teams.
