WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Brand Strategy Manager, you will be an integral part of Trade Republic, collaborating closely with many other departments, such as growth, community, creative, product, and senior leadership, to continuously develop, operationalize and communicate our brand strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute extensive brand strategies across all markets and channels that align with the company’s overall business objectives and marketing strategy
- Continuously develop and manage brand guidelines, including brand tone of voice, visual identity, and brand personality to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Ideate and manage Europe-wide brand campaigns and initiatives that break barriers of traditional marketing and make a diff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as team creative, to define and communicate the brand’s positioning, messaging, and identity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high pace, analytical environment such as tier 1 consulting, investment banking or growth stage startups.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into brand strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
