Key Responsibilities: Branding and Visibility: Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance visibility acrossvarious channels. Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brandawareness. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.   User Retention and Growth  Design and implement strategies to improve user retention and drive sustainedgrowth. Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine growth strategies and enhance userengagement. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotionalmaterials. Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on results, and report on ROI. Data Analytics and Insights: Utilize Google Ads and Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze campaignperformance and user behavior. Leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and identifygrowth opportunities. Generate and present regular reports on key metrics, including user acquisition,retention, and campaign effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketingstrategies with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanceddegrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience (3+ years) in growth management, brand strategy, or a related role. Strong background in user retention strategies and growth hacking techniques. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing and analyticstools. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
