JOB DESCRIPTION:
- BIM Manager for all disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS) with emphasis on MEPFS.
- Manage and lead BIM Teams, develop and implement BIM Standard, collaborate and coordinate to other departments and subcons
- Creating, maintaining, and revising BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information using BIM Software (Autodesk Revit).
- Determining and resolving clashes using Navisworks and can produce clash reports.
- Provides BIM deliverables for Construction and Documentation.
- Develop the BIM Models with precise parameters and attributes and ensure the quality of the models.
- Follows BIM standards and guidelines and maintains good quality output on BIM deliverables.
- Can be able to upgrade the current BIM model LOD 300 from 350 to 500.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) / Diploma in BIM Modeling with specialization in Mechanical and Electrical will be an advantage. With PRC License, preferred.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (preferably in MEP), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in 3D / BIM Modelling (Family Creation and System Layout) in Mechanical and Electrical.
- Have had a Revit license for at least 5 years
- With a proven record of work from past projects
- Fluent in English
- Can understand 2D Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEPF Drawings.
- Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of MEPF systems, methods, and processes.
- Can work from Monday-Saturday
- Amenable to work as Project-based employee (Fixed rate)
