About the Role
The successful BI developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions. As a BI developer, you will design, develop and implement business requirements into actionable insights that will serve multiple organizational stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment over modern big data technologies.
Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
- Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
- Create dashboards based on best practices and support users across the organization
- Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
- Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance and scalability.
- Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ as a BI Engineer or a similar role, with a strong focus on building complex data pipelines.
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with ETL\ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)
- Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with "make it happen" approach.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
- Independent and self-motivated
- Great communication skills
