We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our customer base across industries such as retail, grocery, QSR, logistics, and food processing.
Responsibilities
- Uphold and manage all pipeline generating activities in your sales territory
- Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects using a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and intent signal monitoring
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes
- Conduct initial qualifications for net-new leads and work with C-level prospects on a daily basis
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales roles, preferably in a energetic startup environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft or similar CRM, MAP, and sales engagement platforms (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent
