Description
· Prepare food and beverage (Hot and Cold) for Cashier.
· Recommend and Upsell new and existing products to customers.
· Adhere to food and Safety guidelines according to company & food/health regulations.
· Handle & Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately, honestly and efficiently.
· Ability to listen and resolve customer complaints.
· Standing on your foot for long hours.
· Ability to bend and lift 40lbs – 60lbs.
· Must be able to work in small spaces with differing temperatures.
· Keep the Coffee House well maintained and clean.
Qualification
· Five CXC passes including Mathematics and English
· Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
· Working knowledge of the food and beverage sector
· Valid Food Badge
Additional requirements for Piarco Airport
Must be able to any shift including 8pm-6am
Must be able to reach to work for 4:30am
