Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in food & beverage.

Your Role:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a matcha experience that is consistent, elegant, and memorable.
- Prepare and serve matcha drinks according to 12 Matcha’s standards of quality, precision, and presentation.
- Greet and serve customers with precision, warmth, and professionalism, including assisting with transactions at the register – every guest interaction matters.
- Work closely with your team to maintain a seamless, high-functioning operation.
- Steward the quality of our offerings — from the drinks we prepare to the cleanliness and ambiance of the cafe.
- Maintain impeccable personal and café presentation standards, paying attention to all sensory elements — appearance, sound, and atmosphere.
- Build respectful relationships with guests, colleagues, vendors, and the broader community.
- Represent 12 Matcha beyond the café through your professional presence and knowledge.
