We’re expanding our Bank pool in Lenzie and on the look out for compassionate and understanding *female colleagues with a creative nature to join us. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you have the flexibility to choose your shifts based on your availability, making it easier to balance work with your lifestyle.
This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner you will play a vital role within our team. You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness.
You will be joining our friendly team who support a young lady who recently moved into her first home in Lenzie with has Autism, mental health and behaviours of concern. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in her day-to-day life, from preparing meals and managing medication to attending appointments, enjoying activities and supporting her with personal finances. Most importantly, you’ll encourage her to grow in independence, helping her develop practical life skills like cooking, caring for her home, discovering new hobbies and integrating with her local community.

Shift Patterns
Our team provides 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis which include day shifts (8am - 10pm) and sleepover shifts (8am until 8am the following day with sleepover between 11pm - 7am).
