At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
  • Resolves escalated or complex customer or associate inquiries as necessary
  • Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents
  • Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members
  • Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of operations or related work experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strongly Preferred Experience:

Troubleshooting, QA, Testing, software installation, file structure, Command Line Interface, understanding of technology

This is a onsite position with standard day shift hours.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$43,500.00 USD

50th Percentile:

$52,540.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
