Requirements
Certification: ASE certification is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair is required. Experience with a wide range of vehicles and models is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both team members and customers.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in all repair work.
Physical Ability: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods.
License: A valid driver’s license is required.
