- 2+ years of experience with automotive paint/body work, automotive electricity, carpentry, plumbing, light vehicle technology, hydraulics, and/or mechanics
- Experience using power tools or mechanic-based tools
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for long periods

- Self-starter comfortable working as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Build and modify trucks to fit the client’s design
- Use power tools to make necessary modifications to the chassis (i.e., magnetic drill, hand drill, impact gun, etc.)
- Read engineering drawings and produce high quality products to exact specifications
- Work to set production targets and safely move production parts
- Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
- Follow all safety regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned
