Associate Product Manager

### Role Overview: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about transforming business cases into actionable product requirements. This role will focus on bridging the gap between business objectives and product development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating wireframes and mockups, managing product backlogs, and writing clear documentation to support the development process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. ### Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and translate business cases into comprehensive product requirements that align with the company’s goals. * Prepare detailed wireframes and designs using Figma, collaborating closely with the design and development teams. * Manage and prioritize product backlogs in line with the provided roadmap, ensuring features are delivered on schedule. * Write and maintain clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and process flows. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful implementation of product features. * Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve product features. * Assist in tracking product metrics and KPIs to inform future product decisions and updates. ### Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. * Experience in product management or related roles. * Proficiency with Figma for wireframe and design preparation. * Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize product backlogs. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation. ### Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma , Miro, Notion). * Ability to turn complex business needs into simple, user-friendly product experiences. * A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle. * Prior experience in the tech or software industry is a plus.
