Job Responsibilities – What do you have to do?
- Manage the entire Order Management System (OMS) and its functionalities.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to define product goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and training materials are prepared for internal teams.
- Oversee the product operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
- Maintain an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering from Tier 1/2 college.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related domains (internships included).
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize data, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory.
- This role is completely work-from-office, 6-days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-67, Gurugram, Haryana.
