We’re looking for an individual with experience in managing the product development lifecycle to effectively drive the day-to-day operations of launching product features and new offerings, and work with stakeholders to continually improve our products.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:- Translate business strategy into product strategy- Plan and carry out product launches in coordination with the engineering team- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages- Write high-level requirements for the engineering team to execute on- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues- In collaboration with the Director of Product, drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launchJOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Midwest based, Chicago area preferred.- At least 1 year of experience in a product management/owner role- Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams to successfully launch features and new products- Knowledge in healthcare, specifically on the payer and provider sidesWHY JOIN SONARMD?- Work on meaningful projects that make a real difference in patients’ lives.- Collaborate with a mission-driven team of experts in healthcare, technology, and product development.- Enjoy a flexible, supportive, and innovative work environment.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.COMPENSATION:- Salary: $80-90k – Negotiable dependent upon experience- Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and PTO.Join SonarMD and be part of a team transforming care for chronic diseases.
