We are seeking a hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury environments to help us deliver world-class guest experiences. Under the direction of the Tasting Room Manager, the Assistant Tasting Room Manager will oversee all aspects of the tasting room, from creating positive customer interactions to helping meet sales and Wine Insider sign-ups.This vital position serves as a frontline leader, actively guiding daily operations, training and mentoring new team members, and fostering a high-performance culture. The Assistant Manager will support Events and the other winery locations (Landmark Vineyards & JUSTIN Winery) when needed, working hand-in-hand with other Tasting Room leadership. The ideal candidate must possess world-class customer service and sales skills and have a genuine passion for wine.This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work evening shifts as needed.
