St Mary’s is a delightful, one form entry primary school located in Northampton. The school is part of the Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust, formed by the merger of three former Catholic Trusts in February 2020. Our school works closely together with 11 other Catholic schools that are part of the Trust located across Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
The Trust is seeking two inspirational and dedicated Assistant Headteachers who are inspired to support the Executive Headteacher lead this delightful school on the next steps of its incredible journey of school improvement; we believe that St Mary’s Catholic Primary School has the potential to provide an outstanding Catholic education for the primary school children of Northampton.
St Mary’s is a warm and welcoming school embracing a strong Catholic ethos. Underpinned by support from a centralised Trust team, you will work alongside professional experts in their own field for school improvement, finance, HR, IT, and operational services. As a leader in our family of schools you will work with us to shape the forward direction of the Trust and have the opportunity to work across schools to share expertise and promote good practice.
