About the Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
- Lead Upper Key Stage 2, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across Years 5 and 6.
- Take strategic responsibility for Mathematics, ensuring a consistent and ambitious approach to maths teaching throughout both schools.
- Oversee aspects of curriculum development, helping to design and deliver an inspiring, inclusive and coherent curriculum for all pupils.
- Play a key role in school improvement, staff development, and the wider leadership of the schools.
